Four Charlotte Teams Earn Spots in Tri-Level Sectional Championships

Charlotte Metro players made a strong showing at the USTA Southern Tri-Level League State Championships held in September in Raleigh. Eleven teams from the Charlotte area qualified to compete, with four teams capturing division titles.

Those four championship teams will now advance to the USTA Southern Tri-Level Sectional Championships, scheduled for October 10–13 in Rome, Georgia.

Congratulations go out to Jasmine Fontaine’s 18 & over 2.5/3.0/3.5 team, Chris Gardner’s 18 & Over 3.5/4.0/4.5 team, Kate Johnson’s 40 & Over 2.5/3.0/3.5 team and Brad Smith’s 40 & Over 3.5/4.0/4.5 team.
