USTA National Championship Junior Team Tennis Pathway
National Championship Junior Team Tennis is an event based team competition that starts with a Qualifier. Teams may progress to State, Sectional, and National Championships.
National Championship Junior Team Tennis provides an opportunity for boys and girls to play on teams together in one of four Divisions: 14&U Intermediate, 14&U Advanced, 18&U Intermediate and 18&U Advanced. Each team match consist of five events – Boys Singles, Girls Singles, Boys Doubles, Girls Doubles and Mixed Doubles.
Players and teams are required to participate in one of the two Qualifiers being held in North Carolina (Charlotte or Raleigh) on June 17-18. The top 2 teams from each Division at each location advance to the State Championships in Burlington, NC, July 22-23. Winners of the State Championships advance to the Sectional Championships, and winners from that event advance to the National Championships.
