CARDIO TENNIS IN CHARLOTTE

With a goal of expanding Cardio Tennis programming and supporting existing programs in the community, Charlotte Tennis Association, USTA and Life Time Charlotte partnered to host a Cardio Tennis Training Course. We were incredibly fortunate to have Master Trainer, Michele Krause conduct the training and kick off the session with a Cardio Tennis class; where participants experienced a high energy fitness activity, combining the best features of the sport of tennis with cardio vascular exercise.

It was the ultimate full body, calorie burning aerobic workout!
